Giving 5 stars just because of the price charged ($60 for 3 people), which they should raise (to pay another employeee to make sure all is okay) to avoid negative reviews, which also I don't find accurate (negative reviews), for you can't expect a luxurious place for $20 per each of 3-staying people from 1pm to 11am, and for the cleanliness of the place. My suggestion to the owner again is to raise the price to$100 for a couple and for 3 people $125, and Problem solved! Such a nice and decent staff!!! And the young Jenny was so nice with me, my wife and my son! One suggestion for customers is that if it is Winter move the heater to 80 until dry or humidity smell dissapear, and in Summer put the AC the coolest you can until the room smell goes away; I think that as the rooms' doors are facing the wind, then when you open the door, the cold or the heat inside the room kind of react to the temp of the outdoor wind temp entering the room and causes the smell, that, as I could appreciate. So just be patient for couple of minutes (maybe more than 5 mins). This Motel is in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by plenty of trees, which even alter the movement of an airplane that overfly them!!! We didn't see any bugs. Toilet and shower were Okay, and the 2 beds in our non-smoking room. Hope this help. I'm sorry for the Physics Class!!! * Honestly, this is my personal review, I don't know these people (admin).

I have been traveling i-95 since it was built and before that 301. This Motel is one of those old motels fully renovated that reminded me when I was a child very efficient like it was in the old days. I think they did a beautiful job in renovating the motel it really is on 301 and next to the new i-95.. I started traveling this route from the age of 5 years old to my current age of 69 years. It really reminded me how well-organized motels were built in the 50s I just don't understand the bad reviews that this motel got irrelevant of the good price it is my favorite motel to stay on along the route from New York City to Miami which I do very frequently

The room was very clean and had everything we needed in our room, the only thing to improve is the wifi was a little slow, the reception gentleman was very friendly

First of all this is an older place but maintained well enough. The price was the best I’ve seen. The ice machine worked , the room and bed were clean . The bed was very comfortable! Parking right in front of your door with plenty of other parking if you are pulling a trailer. The staff were friendly and had coffee ready at 7 am. The value and comfort . Not a Hilton or something snazzy , but perfect for overnight stay . Pleased !

It wasn't bad at all you get what you pay for a little over $46. That's including the tax. Before you freak out that there isn't a bathroom, look behind the door! It took me about five minutes to realize that the bathroom was behind the door when you walk in. It is a very old sort of run-down sort of place but the refrigerator seems new. it had nice clean sheets and we were able to sleep. You're able to park right in front of your door way.

Best deal for a hundred miles clean and tidy. You're not paying for glamour here. But everything is in very good shape, hospitable and great prices. Place is kept up.

The price is good and the owner Sam helped with the late-night check-in. Very good service.
